General Shipping Information

  • All items are made-to-order and go through a production process before being shipped.
  • Most products ship within 1–3 business days. Licensed products may take 4–7 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately based on size, weight, or fulfillment location.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time

  • Fulfillment Time: 1–3 business days May extend to 6–7+ days during holidays, peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), or unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics)
  • Shipping Time (U.S.):

Where Do We Ship?

We ship worldwide, except to the following restricted regions:

  • Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, Cuba

Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.


Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you have questions, contact us at support@vesvia.com.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or lost:

  • Contact us within 4 days after the estimated delivery date
  • We’ll investigate and either reship or refund as appropriate
  • We may ask for confirmation of your shipping address and recommend checking with your local post office

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.


Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be returned to sender for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unclaimed at customs
  • Refused by the recipient

If this happens:

  • We will contact you once the package returns to our facility
  • You may request a reshipment with updated address information
  • Re-shipping Fees:
    • $7.00 per item (U.S.)
    • $10.00 per item (International)

If the package is not returned to us, a new order must be placed to receive your item(s).


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or is defective:

  1. Send a photo of the damaged item to support@vesvia.com
  2. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly
  3. You will not be responsible for any additional costs
