Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
1. Modification and Cancellation Window
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Customers may request to modify or cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it successfully.
After this 12-hour window, orders are locked for processing and passed on to the carrier—therefore, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations beyond that point.
2. How to Modify or Cancel an Order
To request a change or cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Gather the necessary information:
– Your order confirmation email address
– Order number (included in your confirmation email)
– Details of the change or cancellation you’re requesting - Email us at support@vesvia.com with the subject line:
[Modify/Cancel Order – Order #123456]
3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders
Once your request is received, we’ll review it and respond with an approval or denial within 1 business day.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 3 business days
- The refund amount will reflect the full value of the cancelled order, or the adjusted amount for modified orders
