Cancellation Policy We start the printing process shortly after orders are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@vesvia.com within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to cancel the order if production has already begun.
Damaged or Defective Items Quality is our top priority. However, if your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
- Email us at support@vesvia.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the damaged product.
- We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Returns for “Change of Mind” Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference (e.g., ordered the wrong color). However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have an issue, reach out, and we will try to make it right.
Refund Processing If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
