• What material do you use? We use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly bioplastic. It is durable, non-toxic, and biodegradable.
• Can I put my item in the dishwasher? No. PLA is heat-sensitive and can warp at high temperatures. Please hand wash with cool, soapy water only.
• Why does my product have fine lines? These are “layer lines,” a hallmark of the 3D printing process where the object is built layer by layer. It confirms your item was uniquely manufactured, not mass-molded.

• Where do you ship from? We ship directly from our workshop in USA.
• How long will it take to get my order? Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location.
• Can I cancel my order? You can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. Once printing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
